Our global B2B financial services client is hiring a skilled Change Communications Consultant to support transformational initiatives within their Claims Department. This role focuses on developing and executing communication strategies to drive awareness of business process and technology changes while highlighting the value of the claims function across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both strategic and tactical change communications, stakeholder engagement, and creative content development, including presentations, SharePoint content, and video scripts. Strong design and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt communications to an agile development environment. This is a 12-month contract position with occasional onsite work in Rhode Island.
