Our large consumer retail client is hiring a Sr Project Specialist for a 3 month contract. The Senior Project Specialist is responsible for organizing and successfully managing multiple projects for several brands within the organization. This role includes primary accountability for overseeing timelines and milestones for assigned projects and larger initiatives assigned by the Project Management Supervisor or Marketing Project Manager. Must have the ability to manage an integrated workload of print, e-commerce, social and motion graphic projects to support the business needs. Experience with Project Management applications such as Workfront, Workgroups, Project, Basecamp, Smartpath or another workflow software preferred. 5 plus years project management, traffic or marketing experience managing creatives, preferably in an agency or a corporate advertising environment. Corporate video production experience preferred.
